About The Position
Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and communication skills to join our team as a Service Tech in the shop. We are a full‑service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956.
In This Role, You Will- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment at the local branch to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards.
- Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates.
- Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease equipment downtime while maintaining safe working standards.

- Minimum 1 year of mechanical training/education and/or experience in a related field
- Possessing or ability to obtain a complete line of tools
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to obtain equipment operator certifications
- Ability to read or be trained in reading schematics
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of operating various equipment
- Ability to accomplish duties with accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.
