- Handle daily maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds.
- Complete all service requests within one business day (when possible).
- Perform make-ready duties in vacant apartments, coordinating with vendors for flooring, cleaning, and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance shop.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents and fellow team members.
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
- Pool maintenance experience a plus
- 3+ years of maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing)
- Knowledge of and hands-on skills in:
- HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
- Electrical & mechanical systems
- Plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
- Ability to work in an on-call rotation and handle emergency maintenance needs
- Lift objects up to 75 lbs
- Bend, stoop, twist, and reach into small or overhead spaces as needed
- Stand and walk for extended periods across property grounds
