This position involves performing routine and preventative maintenance, responding to repair requests, and troubleshooting various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. The Maintenance Technician will contribute to the comfort and safety of both employees and guests, ensuring that Zion Lodge operates smoothly and that its surroundings are well-maintained.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** Address maintenance requests from guests and employees efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and guest experience. Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and ensure the longevity of systems and equipment.

Experience:

** 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial, residential, or hospitality setting preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
