- Diagnose and perform HVAC repairs requiring additional time/parts
- Conduct routine maintenance and replace system components
- Install and set up thermostats, dehumidifiers, etc., and educate customers
- Recommend beneficial services and system optimization tips
- Safely complete and thoroughly document all work
- 1+ year HVAC experience & valid HVAC licensing
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostics, and communication skills
- Ability to read technical instructions and use HVAC software/tools
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to explain technical info clearly
- Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check (safety‑sensitive role)
