• Ship incremental improvements to Entertainment Solutions Inc's Springdale platform on a regular cadence

• Mid-level-caliber judgment about when to elevate and when to absorb
• Demonstrated Teamwork expertise in a fast-moving technology environment
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
• Comfort owning a number that goes up or down because of you

Entertainment Solutions Inc is what happens when mentorship-focused engineers in Springdale decide that good enough is the enemy of great Generative AI. Burnout is treated as a system bug at Entertainment Solutions Inc, not a badge of tinker-friendly honour.

The offer reads $71,000 - $107,000, plus the soft stuff that hard-wins loyalty: coaching, coverage, and a flexible contract rhythm.

This is an open, funded role that we intend to fill in the coming weeks.
