Delivery Supervisor – Springdale, AR. CDL A preferred. The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising delivery drivers and the evaluation of distribution activities.
Shift and Schedule- 1st shift
- Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
- 5:00 a.m. start times; hours vary by route and delivery schedule
- Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
- Direct, coordinate and evaluate all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
- Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize downtime and overtime.
- Supervise driver performance and take appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Monitor the team to ensure vehicles are well maintained and that repairs and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
- 3 years of delivery/distribution experience.
