PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 and over the past 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,500 trailers. The Driver Manager role is vital to ensure that our drivers feel supported. This position will be a great way to learn entry level skills into the world of transportation.

This position is Monday - Friday 7AM-5PM. The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000/year, dependent on experience.

• Cultivating a good relationship with drivers
• Manage on time pick‑up and delivery by tracking and tracing loads
• Recognizing patterns and irregularities through individual and collaborative efforts
• Handle urgent situations in a professional manner
• Communicate in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong time management and organization skills with great attention to detail
• Demonstrated PC aptitude including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
