Weather Barr Windows and Doors in Springdale, AR is looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Associate.

This position earns a starting wage of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Depending on experience. Weekly pay.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including receiving inbound trucks, loading and unloading products by hand, storing and organizing products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and supports overall warehouse operations to meet company service and productivity goals.

Upon completion of 60-day probation, you would also be eligible for full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, vacation time, holiday pay, short-term disability, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.

• Receive inbound shipments and verify all items against delivery paperwork.
  • Check off paperwork and note all items received.
  • Scan items into the appropriate warehouse location.
  • Clearly document any shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
  • Store products in their designated warehouse locations.
• Pull and stage orders for upcoming deliveries.
• Load and unload products manually as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Report any damaged product to the Branch Manager, including the order number and line item, so replacement product can be ordered promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday
- Friday. Overtime as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds repeatedly without assistance
• High school diploma or equivalent
