Location: Springdale, AR
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 7am-4:30pm Monday
- Friday, with overtime as needed

Looking for Forklift Operator jobs in Springdale where your equipment skills keep warehouse operations moving? This opportunity lets you safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations.
Job Duties- Operate sit-down and/or heavy-capacity forklifts to move steel products throughout the yard and warehouse
- Load and unload flatbeds, trailers, and customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Pull, stage, and organize materials for orders, fabrication, or shipment
- Accurately read a tape measure to verify material sizes and order specifications
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general labor duties as needed (cutting, banding, inventory, etc.)

Experience Requirements- Previous forklift experience (preferably in a steel, lumber, or heavy material environment)
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately (required)
- Experience with overhead cranes, saws, or fabrication equipment
- Warehouse, yard, or construction background
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
- Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness - Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs and work in outdoor conditions
