, you will play a key role in delivering that experience by ensuring our rental units are safe, clean, and move-in ready. This position requires experience in remodeling, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance to transform apartments into welcoming homes.

You will work closely alongside other skilled technicians as part of a dedicated team focused on completing turnovers efficiently and maintaining the high-quality standards SNS is known for. This role may be physically demanding at times, requiring lifting, bending, climbing, and working in tight spaces. • Perform full unit turnovers, including drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, and fixture replacement.
• Complete remodeling tasks such as installing cabinets, countertops, doors, and trim work.
• Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs, such as fixing leaks, installing outlets, and replacing light fixtures.
• Ensure all appliances are in working order and replace or repair as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines and reduce unit vacancy time.
• Safely use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with other turnover technicians and project managers to ensure all units meet SNS's high-quality standards before new tenants move in.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite.

• 3+ years of experience in apartment turnovers, remodeling, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general maintenance (preferred).
• Basic electrical and plumbing skills required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
