• Prepares headcount, salary and other personnel related reports.
• Maintains budget files and monitors assigned cost centers.
• Develops report formats for various monitoring and analysis projects.
• Works with IT staff to obtain detailed budget/personnel reports.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

• Four (4) years of college with coursework in business administration and accounting.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in accounting, external auditing, budgetary planning and control or public accounting.

• Two (2) years accounting experience with a public or private organization.
• Two (2) years budgeting experience preparing budgetary information on an agency level.
• Two (2) years of working experience preparing complex financial spreadsheets and accounting reports.
• One (1) year of experience using SAP accounting software.
• Intermediate level of expertise using Adobe Professional, Microsoft Word and Excel.
