We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Retail Counter Salesperson to join our growing team.

• Assist walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories
• Identify the correct parts for customer needs using parts software, catalogs, inventory systems, and product knowledge
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and store inventory
• Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure a clean and organized sales area
• Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to fulfill customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components, MOPAR highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturday hours

• Competitive salary ($16,000 to $18,000 annually) and commission opportunities can total $36,000 to $42,000 annually
