Position SummaryLeads and oversees the business risk management strategy by setting strategic objectives and driving the organization’s overall business strategy. Collaborates with senior leadership to develop long‑term plans and align business risk management strategies with the company’s vision and mission. Contributes to long‑term team success and a culture of excellence by providing guidance on risk management, analysis and planning. Evaluates new business opportunities, fosters innovation, and adapts strategies to meet evolving market conditions and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities- Implements and oversees risk management policies and procedures that deliver meaningful reduction in long‑term enterprise risk.
- Crafts and delivers executive‑level presentations to guide alignment.
- Analyzes market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance the competitive of the organization.
- Collaborates with multiple departments through workshops and brainstorming sessions to facilitate interactive discussions that stimulate creativity and collaboration.
- Conducts reviews and performance assessments to evaluate and provide feedback on strategic risk management outcomes.
- Creates a strategic risk management framework that defines timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout the risk management process.
- 7 years work experience.
- Demonstrated analytical or finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or other analytical discipline.
- Adept at execution and delivery skills.
- Adept at business intelligence.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
- Mastery of growth mindset skills.
- Master’s degree in analytical field, MBA, JD or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical delivery, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Significant experience working with Underwriting, Legal, contracting, and RFPs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range$82,940.00 - $ annually. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. Position eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. Position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
