** Position Overview
** The
** Advanced Business Analyst
** is a mid-level business analysis position and serves as a key subject matter expert for organizing and coordinating strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business team operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges.

Business Analysts work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers.
** What You’ll Do
*** Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and strategic projects.
* Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with business objectives.
* Create, refine, and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and JIRA backlog items while partnering with development teams throughout the SDLC.
* Support Salesforce and nCino initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting with platform administration, workflows, and system enhancements.
* Participate in Agile delivery teams, facilitating requirements discussions, sprint activities, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with Enterprise PMO governance standards, project documentation requirements, and established delivery methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project implementation, testing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement efforts.
