Program Manager (PMO)
LocationMettawa, IL (Hybrid Preferably onsite 4 days/week)
Duration6 months, possible extension
Job DescriptionSeeking a senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs. Must have strong expertise in PMO governance, integrated program planning, cross-functional dependency management, RAID, risk mitigation, executive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
Candidates must demonstrate experience managing multiple work streams, influencing senior stakeholders, driving issue resolution, and coordinating complex programs independently.
Key Requirements- 10+ years in program/project management and enterprise transformations.
- Strong PMO governance, integrated planning, RAID, and dependency management.
- Executive dashboards, status reports, and steering committee presentations.
- Budget forecasting, financial tracking, and vendor oversight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Preferred: Pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences experience; PMP/PgMP certification.
- Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, or Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
