Office Operations Specialist

Now hiring in Springfield! Full-time | Onsite | Mon–Fri, 7:30a–4:00p | $20.60/hr

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email
• Process orders and create estimates, invoices, and shipping labels
• Coordinate daily orders with our lab team
• Pack domestic and international shipments
• Help with inventory, purchasing, receiving, and office operations

• 2–3 years of office, admin, or logistics experience preferred (an Associate degree can count toward 1 year of experience)
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Net Suite or accounting software experience is a plus
• Shipping, receiving, or DOT/IATA hazmat experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
