Position OverviewThe Construction Foreman oversees site work and system operations, supervising laborers and operators, servicing landfill gas equipment, performing inspections, troubleshooting, and taking readings. Additional duties as assigned.

- Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00/hr, DOE

- Oversee on-site work and assess job priorities
- Communicate project progress to supervisors
- Provide instructions and ensure timely project completion
- Maintain records of work performed and materials used
- Understand pump controls, piping, SCADA systems, and landfill drawings
- Perform inspections and maintenance tasks
- Understand electrical safety and equipment use
- Inventory and request equipment and supplies
- Enforce safety policies and procedures
- Weld HDPE pipe and fittings, extrusion weld liners
- Implement lock-out/tag-out procedures
- High school diploma
- At least 5 years of relevant construction experience
- Experience leading a construction crew
- Strong leadership, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Customer/client focus and ethical conduct
- Project management experience
