Job Description Overview Lead  and manage design-build light industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to project requirements and industry standards.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to achieve optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout project execution.

Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and project progress.

Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to monitor performance and mitigate risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.

Minimum of 10 years of experience managing design-build projects independently.
