William Charles Construction is seeking an experienced Roadway Project Manager for our Springfield, IL area. The role focuses on leading field operations, contract administration, budgeting, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
Candidates should have 5–10 years of roadway project management experience, with expertise in scheduling tools (P6/MS Project) and construction tech (HCSS Heavyjob, Procore, Vista Viewpoint). Travel is required; a company vehicle is provided.
