OverviewThe Reproductive Diagnostic Software Services Team provides cutting‑edge medical technology and support to healthcare professionals. In this role you will receive comprehensive training, build lasting relationships in the field, and enjoy a healthy work‑life balance with a 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST schedule. Occasional travel (5–10%) is required for hands‑on learning in Texas and Akron, Ohio.
Role & Responsibilities- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and system‑submitted support requests
- Troubleshoot and reproduce reported issues in software and applications
- Document incoming support requests in the designated call system
- Escalate issues per the defined process
- Assist program support in researching and responding to customer requests
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support
- Associate’s degree
- 3 years’ experience in customer support
- Knowledge of hospital systems and processes
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with customer management and support tools
- Ability to contribute to solutions that meet business needs
- Ability to meet deliverable deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, communication, and consulting skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Standard working hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm CST; may require after‑hours or on‑call support on weekends and holidays
The base salary range for this full‑time position is $36,500.00 – $45,500.00, reflecting internal equity, location, and relevant experience. The total compensation package includes bonuses, equity, and other benefits that may apply to the final offer.
