Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional looking to be the face of a dynamic automotive dealership? Landmark Cadillac-Mitsubishi, Inc. seeks a Part-Time
Front Desk Receptionist to provide a warm welcome to customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at our dealership.
This role is scheduled Monday - Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, or approximately 22 hours per week. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
- Greet customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist customers with inquiries about sales, service, and financing.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dealership’s front desk operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with the sales, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Assist with dealership events, promotions, and customer follow-ups as needed.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle high-call volumes and work in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- An hourly rate of $15.00 to $16.00
