Team Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Must be available to work weekends - Saturday & Sunday

We’re looking for energetic, fun, and reliable individuals to join our team as at Malibu Jack’s Indoor Family Entertainment Center. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for families, this position is perfect for you!

Team Member Positions:

Park Coordinator (18+) starts at $19/hr

Supervises park operations in guest services, training, food & beverage, or groups & parties. Handles opening/closing, cash handling, staff breaks, and ensures smooth shifts.

Food & Beverage Attendant (21+) starts at $17/hr

Prepares and serves food, snacks, and pre-mixed/canned drinks in a fast-paced environment. Follows safety and cleanliness standards while delivering efficient, friendly service.

Attraction Operator (16+) starts at $15/hr

Operates and monitors rides and attractions while ensuring guest safety and fun. Provides clear instructions, assists guests, and keeps the area clean and safe.

Front Desk Attendant (16+) starts at $15/hr

Greets guests, assists with game cards, money transactions, and the redemption area. Ensures a smooth front desk experience while delivering friendly, professional service.

Groups & Party Attendant (16+) starts at $15/hr

Checks in parties and groups, sets up and cleans up rooms, and delivers food. Provides outstanding service to keep events organized and enjoyable.

Custodian (18+) starts at $16/hr

Keeps the park clean, safe, and welcoming by maintaining restrooms, dining areas, and attractions. Responds quickly to cleaning needs during operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs unaided
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
