We’re looking for energetic, fun, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Weekend Team Member at Malibu Jack’s Indoor Family Entertainment Center. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for families, this position is perfect for you! As a Weekend Team Member, you'll assist in various roles across the center, including attractions, customer service, and special events.

• Guest Assistance:
  Provide exceptional customer service by helping guests with questions and ensuring they have a great experience.
• Attraction Operation:
  Operate attractions and ensure safety procedures are followed while keeping the fun factor high.
• Party Support:
  Assist with birthday parties and special events, ensuring smooth operations and providing an unforgettable experience for guests.
• General Maintenance:
  Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the entertainment center, making sure all areas are tidy and organized for guests.

  Work closely with other team members to ensure the center runs smoothly and guests are fully satisfied.

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail, ensuring attractions and public spaces are safe and inviting

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday)
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable lifting up to 39 lbs unaided
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
