As a teller you will be the friendly face that customers look forward to seeing. You will handle financial transactions with precision, provide top‑notch service, and assist customers in achieving their financial goals.

• Greet and assist all bank customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate a teller window to process a variety of transactions within established guidelines, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments and other transactions.
• Enter customers' transactions into the computer, issue computer‑generated receipts, and record customer interactions in the bank's CRM platform.
• Order daily supply of cash, count incoming cash, and balance currency, coin and checks in the cash drawer; compare totaled amounts with data displayed on the computer screen.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, place holds on accounts as appropriate, and identify cross‑sale opportunities by referring customers to the appropriate bank personnel.

• Detail‑oriented with precision in handling transactions; cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to explain products and resolve concerns.
• Tech‑savviness; comfortable guiding customers through digital platforms.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience in cash handling or customer service.

• $16.00 per hour
• $500 bonus after 6 months of employment at INB
