Associate Customer Service Rep
Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate person. Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests. Enter orders into SAP when PO received. Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed. Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from Service Max queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer. Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive. Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks. Data Entry experience. Educational requirement:
High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service. or Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience. No overtime available currently but depends on the role.
