Associate Customer Service Rep.
Location: 100% onsite role

Duration: 3+ Months
Responsibilities- 1. Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.
- 2. Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
- 3. Enter orders into SAP when PO received
- 4. Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
- 5. Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from Service Max queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
- 6. Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
- 7. Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
- 8. Data Entry experience.
- High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
- or
- Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
No Overtime available currently but depends on the role.
Extensions based on the requirement.
