Associate General Dentist (working with Kids and Teens)

NEW OFFICE opening Q1 2026 in Springfield, Ohio!

• Provide pediatric dental care to children and adolescents, focusing on equity of access and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment consultations for patients aged 6 months to 20 years.
• Collaborate with a dentist-owned and operated clinic team to maintain a stress-free, engaging environment for young patients and families.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development through an in-house simulation lab and guidance from senior dentists.
• Contribute to the practice culture and patient experience, including caring for families and supporting community health goals.

• General Dentist with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience or a recent graduate eager to advance in the profession.
