Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth‑minded Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established Springfield, IL offices. Our general practices offer appointments in specialized fields of dentistry including Invisalign, implants, sleep dentistry, and more!

We’re looking for a team member who has a team‑oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have an active BLS certification and an Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license.

• Prepare the patient for their dental appointment by giving a warm welcome and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Review patients’ health history and promote dental health by completing dental prophylaxis and teaching appropriate oral hygiene techniques.
• Be an advocate for the patient by helping them through their fears, anxiety, and discomfort.

Springfield, IL – Renken Dentistry/Schön Dental Office. Full‑time (35–40 hours/week) and part‑time employment is available.

• Monday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Wednesday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Thursday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
