• Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties
• Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take impressions of the patient's teeth (models), extractions, composite fillings, etc…
• Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)
• Ask about the patient's medical history and take blood pressure and pulse
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

• Certifications Needed
  :
  
  CDA or RDA is required. X-ray certification required. Additional certifications such as Coronal polishing and Sealant polishing is a plus
• Experience
  :
  
  Must have Dental Assistant certification
• Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time

• Salary: $22.00depending on experience. Additional increases for experience
• Bonus Pay:up to $600 additional per month
