Practice Details- Work with two Infectious Disease specialists in an expanding service line
- One inpatient week per month with very light call volume
- Telehealth support available during inpatient rotations
- Located in a welcoming city with excellent amenities and community support
- Three weeks of outpatient with no call
- One week inpatient with 24-hour call, typically low volume
- Consistent, block-based schedule for predictable workflow
- Generous guaranteed salary for two years, then RVU-based compensation
- $75,000 sign-on bonus plus annual 5% incentive
- Medical, dental, vision, and malpractice with tail coverage
- PTO, holidays, CME time, $4,000 CME allowance, and relocation up to $10,000
- Employer-provided retirement plans
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
- Interest in a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered practice
