• Outreach clinic responsibilities
• CRM:
  Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott.
• High volume
• Very active clinical research program:
  Platinum research site and Center of Training for Boston Scientific.
• EPIC EMR
• 5 EP providers, 16 Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist.
• EP Director:
  Dr. Ziad Issa.

• Work alongside experts in general, interventional, and structural cardiology, plus electrophysiology
• Supportive, team‑based care model
• EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation
• Requirements: Unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA (prior to start), BE/BC in Cardiovascular Disease
• Visa status: H1B supported; J1 ineligible

• 2 year salary guarantee followed by productivity‑based compensation model and ability to out earn
