Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. Visits last about 45 minutes and include history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests.
The clinician travels to member homes and may perform virtual visits as needed, with a flexible schedule and a base hourly rate. The role requires active, unrestricted medical licenses in coverage areas and multi-state licenses (preferred).
