Join a thriving multi-specialty eye care practice where Optometrists enjoy clinical autonomy, strong support staff, and the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry.
Practice Highlights:- Schedule typically runs from 7:45-8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Morning clinic ends around noon; afternoons begin at 12:45 PM
- Flexible patient volume
- Established patient base with routine and medical visits
- Optional compensated call opportunities
- 65% routine vision care, 35% medical optometry
- Diagnose and manage glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, infections, corneal abrasions, and elevated IOP
- Independently treat non-surgical ocular disease
- Provide post-op care and co-manage surgical patients
- Perform punctal plug insertion, foreign body removal, and epilation
- Strong technician support for workups, refractions, testing, and scribing
- Collaborative environment with ophthalmology support
- Practice at the full scope of your license
- Established referral network and respected community presence

- Base Salary: $150K
- Earning Potential: $200K+
