This is a grant-funded position. Funding has been secured through 6/30/2026. The role involves leading the development of processes that support student achievement and creating clear pathways to success.

Months Worked Per Year: 12

Hours Worked Per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM

Remote Work Availability: No

• Lead the development of processes that support student achievement and create pathways to success within the PATH grant initiative.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and staff to implement program activities and ensure alignment with grant objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree OR extensive, relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience in providing student support and developing community partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in supporting diverse populations of students/clients.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

• Case management experience
• Secondary and/or higher education experience
