We’re hiring a Student Records Specialist
! Be the detail-driven pro behind every diploma. The Student Records Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of student academic records. This position is responsible for evaluating and posting transfer, military, and external credits, managing the course schedule within the student information system, and updating the degree audit system in alignment with the college catalog.

- Evaluate and post transfer, military, and external credits.
- Manage the course schedule within the student information system.
- Update the degree audit system in alignment with the college catalog.
- Support financial aid processing, verification of prerequisites for course enrollment, and confirmation of academic achievements for employers and agencies.
- Assess transfer credit applicability toward degrees and certificates.
- Provide support for the awarding of degrees and certificates to students.
Starting salary: $50,818 – $58,552 per year, based on education, training, experience, and skills.
Benefits- 23 paid holidays per year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid‑semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; 2 personal days; 15 sick days; and 15 vacation days per year.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree OR extensive, relevant work experience OR an appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate data entry, spreadsheet, and word processing skills.
- One‑year experience in academic evaluation or related area.
