Join The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce for this full-time position. The role is funded through the PATH grant initiative and will be supported by LLCC. The start date is expected end of September.

As a Program Navigator, you will lead the development of processes that support student achievement and create clear pathways to success. You will collaborate across campus and with community partners to design and implement student support services, ensuring that diverse populations have access to the resources they need.

• Full Time
• 12 months per year
• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Starting salary: $55,976 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package. • Bachelor’s degree OR extensive, relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience in providing student support and developing community partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in supporting diverse populations of students/clients.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.

• Case management experience
• Secondary and/or higher education experience
