We are seeking a dynamic Structural Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead structural projects, utilizing advanced engineering tools and software, while contributing to business development and mentoring junior staff. This role offers a collaborative work environment with flexibility to balance personal and professional life.

• Serve as Project Manager or Lead Engineer on structural projects.
• Utilize current engineering software and technology in project execution.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Ensure quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior structural staff.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with bridge design or transportation structure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis required;
  Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) and Structural Engineer (SE) license required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Micro Station, and structural analysis software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant design standards and analysis procedures desired.
