Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Blueprints/drawings interpretation skills
  • Prepare CNC programs as required to CAD data and/or prints for component parts and assemblies
  • Drafting and Programming skills are strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with CNC and Nesting strongly preferred
  • Perform first off, in-process & end-of-run report
  • Perform layout of checking fixtures
  • Perform any other layout according to the layout request, issues reports
  • Review layout with responsible product and quality engineer
  • Monitor gauge control software, ensure gauges are calibrated/verified as per schedule & gauge control procedures
