This position is responsible for ensuring the Site Service Technicians in the region are performing their duties in a complete and efficient manner.

• Travel to various project sites and provide assistance in maintaining MPW Water Purification Equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and ensure all personnel abide by safety guidelines.
• Review the performance tracking of the equipment at the various project sites.
• Provide additional required labor at the various project sites, including hose and pipe assembly, chemical drum handling, chemical transfer, filter backwashes, filter media replacement, pump maintenance, membrane cleaning and replacement, etc.
• Assist in the calibration of monitoring equipment to test water quality to assure established standards are being met.
• Complete PC-based reports summarizing the performance of the Site Service Technicians and Field Service Technicians in the region.
• Troubleshoot system operational problems and make corrections when appropriate.
• Provide an additional interface with customers to assure they are satisfied with the job.
• Assist in proper housekeeping at the project sites.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• Have daily communication with the Site Service Technicians.
• Attend weekly teleconference with the Engineering Manager.
• Manage purchasing for the region.
• Manage P&L for the region.
• Process and report customer billing for each jobsite on a monthly basis.
• Travel as necessary to ensure that all jobsites are operational and able to provide contractual flow rates to our customers.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Management, Finance or related experience. Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or Finance preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 2 years of mechanical experience; experience with water purification preferred.
• PLC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
• CAD experience is a plus.
