Responsibilities- Maintain, repair, and install industrial x‑ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as: X‑ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high‑voltage control circuits, motion control and high‑end PCs.
- Providing customers with technical support via phone and onsite service.
- Providing timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
- Being responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
- Monitoring site safety during work scope execution.
- Possess a two‑year technical degree (AEET, AMET) and at least 4 years of previous experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment OR possess a four‑year technical degree in Electronics (BSEET, BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET, BSME).
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Candidate must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, driving record and educational background.
- Be able to travel up to 70% of the time for work.
- Possess a valid driver's license and passport (or be able to obtain a passport).
- Must currently hold valid US citizenship status.
- 70% or more travel. You will be paid for travel time as well as overtime if more than 8 hours are worked a day. Travel costs will also be paid.
- Must live in drivable distance to an airport.
The annual pay scale for this position is between $57,100.00 – $.
