Temporary – Entry Level – Accounting/Auditing and Finance

• Preparation of individual, trust, and small business income tax returns (partnerships and S corporations), including necessary accounting, estimates, and extensions
• Data entry of client information into tax software Ultra Tax (Net Client CS)
• Tracking flow of work using internal systems (Sales Force)
• Managing client documentation and bookmarking via Adobe PDF

• CPA or EA license
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of experience in tax or accounting
• Experience with tax software – minimum two years
• Self‑starting, independent worker who also collaborates well in a team
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle stressful situations, and juggle multiple projects
• Exceptional client service, professionalism, and communication skills
• Professional handling of confidential financial data

36 - 41 USD per hour (Springfield, IL)
