The Teller role is important to help develop current and new financial relationships. The ideal Teller will be able to demonstrate knowledge and abilities for the position. Candidates who can work within procedural guidelines and strive to be an active part of the team. We ask candidates to bring strong communication skills along with a trustworthy and enthusiastic spirit and understanding of customer service.

• Greeting members and providing great customer service answering inquiries and building financial relationships.
• Providing transactional support to our members, including making deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other items with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote our products and services such as checking/savings accounts, credit card and loan products.
• Perform updates for members to ensure accuracy and support fraud awareness during member interactions.
• Able to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Completed daily open/close process per outlined procedures.

Our desired candidate will have at least 6 months cash handling experience, attention to detail, demonstrated ability with great customer service and working knowledge of Microsoft Office or industry software preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Additional education, certifications or associates degree a plus.

Availability:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm;
Saturday rotation hours 9:00am-1:00pm.
