The Loan Quality Specialist II is responsible for the initial and final pre-closing for Commercial loans and post-closing processes for in-house Real Estate and Consumer loans. This position will assist management with ensuring the day-to-day operations of the department are met with efficiency and accuracy.
Essential Functions- Perform new and renewed loans pre and post-closing review process for Commercial and post-closing review for Mortgage and Consumer loans.
- Add and delete exceptions tracked in Signature (Core Operator).
- Properly document compliance exceptions.
- Imports QCRH Loan Quality Documentation.
- Maintain and build relationships with other loan operations staff.
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements applicable to this position.
- Foster and preserve a culture of inclusion.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support the company’s mission, vision and values.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in the loan operations area or equivalent area.
- Understanding of loan documentation across various loan products and comprehension of loan process / procedures.
- Critical thinking skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and organize workflow independently.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Duties are performed in a professional office environment.
The minimum hourly wage for this position is $23.00 per hour. The actual wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
This position is a regular full-time position, and individuals employed as regular full-time, are eligible for the following benefits subject to the terms, limitations and conditions of each benefit plan:
