This position serves as Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) Manager of Finance and Accounting, a key leadership role responsible for formulating policy for the State of Illinois and guiding the functional design of the ERP Program while overseeing Accounting and Finance applications for DoIT.

In this role, you will initiate and implement the detailed work plan for the functional design of the ERP Program for Finance and Accounting that is aligned with the long-range plans, goals, and objectives of the overall ERP Program. This role also serves as a full-line supervisor, providing strategic direction of daily operations, developing and evaluating staff, ensuring performance and timekeeping compliance, and managing workforce needs to maintain efficient, high quality departmental outcomes.
