Position Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty‑one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child’s daily life.

• Provide individualized speech‑language therapy to children from birth to age twenty‑one.
• Develop and implement customized plans of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (PT, OT, ABA, etc.).
• Encourage parent/caregiver participation and teach home exercises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in mentorship and peer‑to‑peer learning opportunities.

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the state of Illinois.
