Pay Rate: $16-$20/hour;
Differential pay for nights and weekends;
Weekly Pay; $400 Sign On Bonus Available*;

The Springfield Office Team provides caregivers for the Central Illinois area, including Sangamon, Menard, Morgan, Logan counties and many others. We seek individuals committed to compassionate care for senior adults and others in need, with a strong background in home or elderly care, community involvement, and big hearts.

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when able)
• Shop for clients or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients cannot complete on their own
• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

• Passion to serve others—true caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own a vehicle with current insurance
