This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychotherapist, located in the Springfield Metropolitan area in IL. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy and group support sessions to clients. Daily tasks include assessing patient mental health, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The Psychotherapist will also collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Strong skills in Psychology and Counseling
• Experience in Mental Health and Medicine
• Proficiency in Relationship Counseling
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Licensure as a Psychotherapist or equivalent in the relevant state
