Impact Life is hiring full-time Laboratory/Medical Technologists to join our Blood Banking team. You will perform specialized testing in our immunohematology reference lab to support local hospital clients, including antibody identification and resolving compatibility problems.
We seek individuals with strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a team-first attitude. A Bachelor’s degree in a science field and MT/MLS certification (ASCP preferred) or MLT is required; SBB is a plus.
