From managing the hiring process and guiding managers to managing HR system entries for new employees, you’ll be the operational backbone of our recruitment efforts.

You’ll also provide key support in payroll and HR functions, helping ensure every new team member has a smooth start.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized and energized by a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills to keep requisitions, candidates, and hiring managers on track; excellent communication to follow up, explain processes, and keep everyone moving; a customer service mindset when supporting hiring managers; problem-solving and initiative to troubleshoot and identify solutions; and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.

Responsibilities include guiding hiring managers, posting jobs, managing applicant screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment checks, processing payroll tasks—including new hire entry, position and salary updates, and pension coding—while maintaining accurate HR records and providing front-line support to LLCC employees.
