Our global Integrated Drivetrain Energy Solutions (IDES) team combines proven drivetrain capabilities with emerging electrification and energy technologies to help customers solve their toughest challenges across a changing energy landscape. Our global team enables us to share expertise while scaling and accelerating innovation. While the Integrated Drivetrain team delivers reliable products at scale, our Energy Solutions team works closely with customers to develop site-specific solutions and innovations to meet complex customer needs.

You will be part of the dynamic, cross-functional IDES HR Team that leverages the unique strengths of every individual. • Collaborating with management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Aligning HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc.
• Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Support organizational change initiatives by applying change management principles.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement by providing coaching and feedback.
• Facilitate conflict resolution, inquiries, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Work with global HR partners and process owners.

• Human Resources Consulting:
  Knowledge of HR approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.
• HR:
  Policies, Standards and Procedures:
  Knowledge of human resource function; ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures, and policies regarding human resources management.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
  Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

  Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
